i got this hat today, traded this fellow, gave him 3 buds, + a Green Energy Geisha Boy + a Terror Watt Das Naggenvatcher. We both agreed that it should be at most 11, and low 10. Very few of the Prussians with this effect exist, also it is a retired hat now, NO MORE of these can be unboxed, so it is only fair to increase the value of this hat.
All hats are clean, no dupes, and all are very short history with no scammers.

It doesn't matter what their buyout was, you can't just assign arbitrary values to hats. You also need to account for overpay; unusuals are not worth the same as pure.
Either way, we need screenshots to verify the trade, we can't just take your word for it.
