There are loads of Minnesotas selling for 2.66 or even under, people with 3 refined are not capable of selling them at that price. I think the best thing is to make the price around 2.66 . It happened on a server where I bought one for 2 ref and 5 naughty crates, that guy was pretty desperate. Prices running about 2.66:
