I'm no good with high tier unusuals, so feel free to counter. I know some of the unusuals involved in these suggestions are probably duped. Either that or I'm doing something else wrong.

This being a significant amount above PE doesn't make sense doe, and I've got two sales so...

Are you using original values?

Miami Modest was recently priced, phantom was brought down recently, which would make this a tad higher. Also, wuffle is known for selling below market price. Should I resuggest?

Low crafts are hard to price, even more reason to disregard the sale.

Miami modest's new price is 8-10.6 buds. subtract the ghosts batters (3-3.3) and you still get 5+ buds

The very old trades should be disregarded. The one guy selling for 5.5 hasn't had success in three weeks, so that may be a good high price.
