Arcana Tsarboosh (wich according to the owner:past offers have been in the 7 range, and it's part of a set that gets offers in the 13-16 range) so idk
Phosphorous soviet gentleman (5.1~?)

Well Kyler got it from this guy http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16707049, atleast that's what I figure. Kyler never even posted a comment on his trade. If You could show us direct evidence, maybe we could talk, because I don't want to go into assuming that he traded with that another guy and paid 7 Buds.
This suggestion would seem a lot less shady if you had sold your hat before making it.

Well I tought because offers that I got on my trader that I could make the small range a bit bigger. Don't you think also like that?

Aren't they offering on the SET also? When I first saw the set I misread it to include a golden minigun :p
The guy offering 7 buds for your hat did so whilst I had one for sale for 4 buds pure. Seems totally legit.
Also your proof of 4.7 is a bit odd because the stormy tossle belonged to a different owner to the kabuto.
Also the kabuto owner now owns the australium minigun that belonged to the toques owner. but he isn;t listed as owning the toque. So basically we have minigun for kabuto and the toque isnt involved.
The owner of the tossle also doesn't have the toque, somebody else does. Very confusing and odd. Also very strange how the minigun is also involved.

Your set adds 12 keys in value and clean b/o's at 4.5 and a recent one at 4 suggest that the range needs to be reduced here.
