Total value: 4.6 buds

Note: I am putting less emphasis on this trade for 2 reasons. One being that it is older than the others, and two being that the Soldier's Stash has been rising across the board as of recent, and so many of the older prices are most likely quicksells at this point. That, of course, cannot affect the legitimacy alone, but is something to keep in mind.

Supposedly the deal was the Bonk Helm owner was going to add roughly 12-13 keys in Vintage Hats, but checking his backpack history, it appears at most he added maybe a single key:

Total value: 3.5 buds and a definite outlier

Conclusion: 3 sales all around 5-5.5 buds as the most recent, and another slightly older one with a desired unusual with a backpack.tf value that is most likely a tad low, but nevertheless is currently 4.6 buds, and then a really old-ball move to sell for a Scorching Flames Bonk Helm which I imagine more realistically gets 4-4.5 buds, but backpack.tf has it at an old 3.5 bud low-end.

Anyways, I am making the price 4.7-5.5 buds, too include -- to an extent -- the sale involving the Stash. Feel free to comment your objective opinions below.
