Proof #3
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16169170 - Month old
Sold for Cloud 9 Gonzilla
this trade had serveral offers above it, however. Sellers was just dead set on a hearts medic unsuual of some kind. I will consider this as a quicksell of sorts, as many of the offers were 3-3.5+
Total: ~2.8 buds - Quicksell? :/

Conclusion
Yet another counter to a bad suggestion. I don't know what to say. Here we have a month old trade that sold for an unusual worth 2.8 buds after overpay, then the person who bought it for that sold it for 3 pure and another person sold the same hat for 4 pure. I'll consider since 2.8 took a month to sell, can that be a quicksell? Apparently so. Since there are no other sales, and many sales/offers below 4 buds, 4 buds should be a good flat price (for the first time ever). I'll go with this for now. Any Extra Proof/Cunter-Proof/Opinions/Tips/Help is all welcome. Thanks for reading. Feedback is always appreciated.
