Young could mean bumped, offline doesn't mean much either.

True, but anything below 4.33 is counter to your suggestion. Offline means it can't be bought at the moment, but two offlines have been up for a couple days...last I checked, people sleep and do other things. They've had ample time to sell, and I ain't seeing no quickselling there.

Also, just scrolling though OP finds a number of sellers at 4 ref (cbf to link, but your most basic search should find you a couple fairly easily). Certainly a number of highballers, too, but that's hardly surprising to anybody. There's a range in the current price for a reason...They seem readily available and selling for anywhere in the range. I don't really see a bump up to a flat price as warranted.

Going through the list of classifieds that you provided:

Link 1 @ 4 ref - 33 mins when you posted (now 2 hours) hardly old enough to be unsold by any means

Link 2 and 3 @ 4 ref (same seller) - 1 hour when you posted (now 2 hours) still not old enough

Link 4 @ 4.11 ref - 19 minutes when you posted (now 56) still not old enough

Link 5 and 6 @ 4.22 - both sold

The first four are still very young and I'd be surprised if they stuck around to long but we'll see :)

wel, you said that under 4.33 is unsold, so, selling for 4 ref and 2 hours-3 hours old is not old enough, dude...you are against your words right now

Quicksell is not simply defined by the time it takes an item to sell but also its availability and the frequency with which it sells at that price. You have effectively shown more total sales at 4 ref than at 4.33 ref and that 4 ref trades are popping up many times every day. Not enough here to show that 4.33 ref is the most commonly traded price.

Polar had me take a look to give a second opinion. I came in without his thoughts and reached the same conclusion while reading through. Each new update to this suggestion shows many more selling at 4 ref, but few additional selling at 4.33 ref. This is contrary to other suggestion increases, which typically show that many more are selling at the new flat price and that the small handful at the old low range that do pop up are quicksells. Between that and the conflicted votes on this suggestion, current price appears to be more appropriate.
