It's probably because people expect that Valve will buff some of them (like they did with the Diamondback and the Baby Face's Blaster) and wanna make profit.

Nearly all the 0.11 ones are unsold which kinda beats the 0.22 part. Some unsold for over a week. Also most of the 0.22 are "Sellers" who are not even able to sell it for that price. Check the links all unsolds. You need more proof/more "Buyers" for 0.22 not failed sellers for 0.22.

I'll continue to look but I do think that the range specified reflects the market due to the addition of chem sets, etc. If you find any proof feel free to add it.

and then it will raise to 1 ref like boston basher, but this item deserves it, it drops like all crit hits, just 1 or 2 hits are not crits, and btw, sellers= highballers...buyers= lowballers

for the record i used to have one of this skullcutter strange, and my max kills that i get with it was 4 houndred and something, imagine 4 houndred and something pointing that i dont use melee weapons,i think it was gore-splattered (sorry for bad english)

you should provide buyers as you said the there`s a couple of 0.22 buyers
