No, not if it's an MvM tour completion extremely rare drop.

Look at Blood Botkillers. There's a crapload more of them, and they were never sold for 2 buds. Now they're at, on average, 4 keys.

Lowest I could see Australiums dipping down to would be low double-digit numbers of keys. And that's for the lame stuff, like SMGs and Blutsaugers.
