Both unusuals sales are 1 month old, while now the hype is slowly going down. The southern hospitality is also an outlier. Taking as high end the 1 bud sale and as low end 16, since 1 is unsuccesfully selling for that price, and there are 2 offers for 15 keys, one in pure, the other in unusual.
