Resuggesting because of shenanigans' advice of the new system
Old prices/suggested values are taken into account, and, when necessary, overpay is applied ((High value + Low value) / 2) * 0.9, rounded up
1. SOLD FOR KNIFESTORM BIRDCAGE = ~2.5 buds ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,2112686498 , http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,2110231480,615,5 ) (Jellyfish->Moonty)
2. SOLD FOR 2 BUDS PURE = ~1.7 buds (at the time) ( http://backpack.tf/id/76561198105977340?time=1383030000 , http://backpack.tf/id/76561198105977340?time=1383116400 )
3. SOLD FOR SMOKING BIG COUNTRY + O. FIRE SNAGGLETOOTH = ~1.9 buds ( http://backpack.tf/id/76561198008904233?time=1382684400 , http://backpack.tf/id/76561198008904233?time=1382770800 )
It was like 3 buds at the time.
Also, that's a stormy big country, not a smoking one
I swear to God if I mistake Smoking for Stormy one more time, I'm gonna stab myself.
2 buds should be counted as 2 buds no matter when the trade happened. That was the whole point of shifting to the new unusual system - to shift all hat prices to buds with the argument that hats sell for the same amount of buds regardless of when the sale happened.
A few other things here. Not sure if you have had a chance to check out our new suggestion guidelines: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-new-unusual-price-suggestion-guide-the-cheat-sheet-full-guide-soon-to-follow/
But 2 out of your 3 sales are really too old to use, especially for a new effect hat.
Here are the sales in the last 2 months
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15832250 - TW baker ~2.6
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15965841 - ks birdcage ~2.1
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15767544 - unpriced hat
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15754636 - unpriced hat
It looks like the range should be closer to 2.1-2.6 here
So, close again? :S
Yes, sir...
