Anyway, I see solds at ~5.1, 3 at ~5.5, one at 6. With these sales, shouldn't the range be 5.1-6?

This should be used to price the AA, not the other way around. So the sale at 6.5 in the last suggestion isn't really valid. With the b/o's at 5, this is reasonable and a significant change.
