Basing the high end from the sale at 4 buds, an unusual offer of 5 buds was given but not enough to suggest as high range. Lower end based off current offers

that lower end is based on 1 offer that the guy has been repeating on all those trades, could perhaps do with a bit more to support it? not sure.
All in all offers though young trades are 2.9, 3.4, 5 buds and a sale at 4 buds.
I didnt want to base it off a single 4 bud sale making it 4 flat however the offers are around the 4 bud area so it should be acceptable to base the lower end from an offer as pricing the low end from sales would be inaccurate as nearly all offers are higher than the current price and previous sales are 2 + months old or quicksales :S
sure, i understand why it's the best thing you've got and i don't have a problem with pricing using offers to form the low end, I'm doing the exact same thing myself with a suggestion for bubbling hazmats; I'm just saying it's still only 1 offer and I would prefer to see more support for it. As you say, the trades are young so perhaps you can afford to wait for at least more offers in the range.
