1) Best offer shows there is demand for the item. Apparently someone wants to buy it for a bud.
2) Obviously, but I'd still appreciate if people would help.
B/O stands for Buy Out.
C/O stands for Current Offer.
Don't mix them up.
1)B/O isn't best offer. Its Buy out, meaning that's what the seller wants for their item. Also B/O isn't good proof at all, its what the seller wants which is usually high balling it.
2)I will give you a break for this item considering its a small market, but we aren't supposed to provide all your proof, yet EXTRA proof would be helpful to you, yes.

Again, the BEST offer there was a bud by a buyer. The owner did not put the buy out for a bud. Look at the trade once more, please.

Edit: Spoke with him on steam, he cleared up some confusion, let it be known to voters that this item's market is TINY.
1)Link is fine, he bought it then gave it to a friend.
2)That's the highest offer on that trade, while selling=/=sold, the seller hasn't been on for a few days, the offerer, actually bought his own in his trade which is listed below.

The one which sold for the tf logo panama also had a BO of 17, which makes me think the low range should be a bit lower.
The one for 17 keys and 16 keys each sold within 2 days. Perhaps 17-20 would be better, but this is close and obviously better than the current range. This is actually a reconfirmation since the last suggestion here was 1-1.1
