You didn't calculate overpay right on the Ketche trade, he offered this on the Ketche, therefore the overpay is applied on THIS hat, not the other one.

The 13th noir using original prices would be 3.5-4.5, which makes that sale 2.5

One can argue that the noir sale is an outlier, it seems to be .5 higher than the others. Your range is slightly off at both ends.
