I searched the prices of other unusual's and compiled the the ratio of the price of nuts n bolts effect of the hat and the kill-a-watt effect of other hats. According to my results, the average is about (nuts:watt) 1:3. So while the nuts n bolts version of the pure tin capotain is 1.3 to 1.8 in buds, this should be about 2.6 buds, as I'm pretty sure none of these are sold at all (no proof) so can't be that high.
