TF Logo and Peace sign effects are rarer/less common than people may think. I mean there's only 1 TF Logo G.Ushanka and that's been in the game for a while now.

Nonono, I own one and this hat is pretty much rare and hard to find. In my opinion this hat deserves a better value but the range you suggest is kinda a fair Price for it, also since Im done with trading I dont really care about the value anymore because I have my dream Soldier set already.

I have to say there was a guy on tf2outpost who was ready to pay 2.5 buds pure and the Seller declined it, sadly I cant show any Pictures as proof because I dont made any. :/

Well considering the hat is low-ish tier dupes don't matter as much + it's rare-ish and had few recent sales so every sale is important so overall I doubt it's a big deal. And no it's 1.6-2.2 buds because 32 keys = 1.64 buds which rounded to the nearest .0 is 1.6. :3

I totally agree with this. These are hard to acquire and getting one at 1.5 buds would be a great deal.

Overpay is best calculated at 0.9 * mid. Noble would be 1.7. With 7 keys when buds were 19, that sale is 2.1. Suggestions are close, but votes are significantly better here and there is more proof, so accepting this one.
