2 year old price, outdated as hell.
Owned one of these, sold it for Flies Whoopee Cap (~19 keys), Uncraftable Summer hat (~11 keys), Smoking Engi Cap (~13 keys) and sweets (~6 ref) going to ~2.2 buds.

overpay deduction? qq
Overpay is counted by the average price of the unusuals and items, such as the Flies Whoopee being at 17-19 keys, being at ~19 keys (count the paint to it) and Smoking Engi Cap at 12-14 keys, being ~13 keys. So if we only take the average prices of the items, we can clearly get to a ~2.2 buds result.
You can do this a couple other ways too, but this seems to be a simple way to do it.
btw people only want unusual/item overpay, because they don't want to resell the items or they want to sell them in quicksell prices.
Overpay is actually original suggested price * 0.9. Paint doesn't add any value to unusuals.
Whoopee would be ~1, Engi cap ~14 keys, Summer hat ~10 keys -- 2.2 is close enough; engi cap is an old price, but on low tier hats like that price doesn't change much. this is close enough
As I said in a comment, there are other ways to do it, as the one you told. I am still confused about the overpay thing.
Yeah, we should have our new unusual suggestion guidelines published this weekend. Keep an eye out for it in the forums. Should clarify a lot of these issues.
