1 bud + 3 keys is 22 keys if you consider buds as 19 keys.

Offers don't mean anything. I can offer 10 keys for a bills hat but that doesn't make the bills hat 10 keys.

I decided to check how much the guy in the 2nd link (I shall be calling him Dead Ringer) actually sold the crown for and I found this:

The crown seems to have been sold for a Blizzardy Storm Lord Cockswain's Pith Helmet painted White.

If you check the history of the crown on TF2OP, it states that the crown was passed to TheBananamanGamer.

The original price of the pith helmet was 1-1.1 buds in October 28, at which buds were about 17 keys.

Overpay will be calculated. Buds were 19 keys when the Crown was priced so I will be using that value.

Planets Crown: 1-1.4 buds.

1 x 0.9 = 0.9 ~ 17 keys

1.4 x 0.9 = 1.26 ~ 24 keys

In conclusion, the sale of the crown in the 2nd link supports the current price range. However, I am still new to Unusual pricing so I feel like I have most likely made a mistake somewhere so I'm going to remain neutral. I'll leave it up to the mods to determine whether this sale supports the current range or the new range.

When you calculate overpay, you're supposed to get one price. You can either take the low range of a hat, or the mid price * 0.9

For the pith, it would be 1 bud or 1.2*0.9=1.1 buds

Comments above show that the 18 key trade didn't happen, instead it was sold for ~1 bud (19 keys at that date)

Your low end is 1 key too low, but I guess that's close enough.
