http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16836558 - Sold for a Black Max's (Proof: http://puu.sh/6ePcy.png)

So if the sale is an outlier, why is it in the range?
And yes, you need two sales close to each other for a new price.
Ehh, while I agree on the range, I don't think you can call either one an outlier.
The first one was listed as a Quicksale and sold in 3 minutes.
you cant use quicksales as proof. sorry mate.
The max isnt 2.4 since it Was level 1. If the 28 Keys sale is a outlier you cant use it. Downvote
even a normal max isn't that much
I know that
28 keys = 1.5 buds
Got one, got an active private offer of 3 and some server ones of 3+.
Link 1 was a quicksale = shouldnt be in the suggestion
Link 2 was promo / pure = no overpay multiplier needed.
downvote for throwing stones in front of your own legs, not enough proof and invalid price.
Wait what? i bought it from him O.o
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17135058 - sold for vivid softcap + stormy YWN
28 keys isn't 1.3, so I don't know where the low end comes from. Also, lvl1 max heads aren't full value because they (usually) are mass duped, so the high end doesn't fit either. The sale above has very outdated hat prices, but I'm pretty sure it's over 1.3 buds. This suggested price is too low
