might be a bit of a wide range, but I don't really see it as much of an outlier

Looks good, I talked to steam support about the noh and they said that the development team could add this back to crate unusual unboxing. I'll try to discuss with them to try and get these back in the unusual drop table some more. Since the item is a cosmetic, not a misc.
