CONCLUSION:

so your sales are 19 keys, 1.26 and ~1.5 buds, plus an offer of 25 keys. why doesn't the range include the second sale or the offer of 25?

I don't see how your proof supports the conclusion that it's commonly sold for 1 bud/key equivalent. The majority of your proof is dedicated to showing that it gets offers and sales above that; then you don't include those offers and sales in the range? Where is the top end coming from here?
