It is and still is. The market right now has people selling < 1.66 but also has sales happening @ 1.66. That's why there's a range. If you are having trouble selling at 1.55, that means either the market's most common price has gone below 1.55 or you're just not doing it right.

As the market of this item slowly lowers in price, backpack.tf will update it's prices accordingly.

yes, but when the people search for pristine part, they see only the parts on the other side of the trade. and with so many sellers, i'm sure 80% of the potential buyers dont click your trade to get to the comments.
