Good proof, but why is the 12 pure an outliner?

All the other sales (4 sales) have a 1 bud range inbetween them, and even the closest sale to 12 has a 1.2 bud gap between it and 12.

12 isnt really far,as half of your proof was pure and near the old price

agree with you ,should not be ignored sale for pure and Burning old effect -not real such down price for old effects (11.7-14.3 to 9.8-10.8), which are is always a price.

Outlier = should be ignored.

Old price is old - outliers in current price aren't based off that. 12 is an outlier compared to other sales, and as such will not be included.

what outlier 9.8 or 12 not sure . 12 close to 10.8 as 9.8 close to 10.8 - I do not see differences. But 12 in pure >> than sale for other unusual .

9.8 is 1 bud off, and is close to all other sales.

12 is 1.2 buds off, and even more off for the other sales.

I'll make a contr suggestion if it is accepted.

12 buds was a pure offer. It's not large enough of a difference away from the other trades, and plus the fact that Pure sales > unusual sales since we're pricing this thing in BUDS, doesn't make sense to me that you're going to throw it out.

The GE veil is realistically 11+, confirmed by the new suggestion for it at 11-12. Without overpay, that sale seems to be 11+ and 12 wouldn't be an outlier in that context. I do think 10-12 would be a better range here

So GE veil is actually worth a bit more with the new accepted price. According to comments, it looks like the 9.8 sale (which took 3 days to sell) might be an outlier instead. Please resuggest.
