1st sale: 1.25+2.25+6.1+7.6=17.2 -> 17.2*0.9 (unu overpay) = 15.48

2nd sale: does this 2.5 mean the BUYER added this pure? or did the OWNER add the pure?

If buyer -> 14.1+3.4=17.5 -> 17.5*0.9 (unusual overpay) = 15.75+2.5=18.25

If seller ->*14.1+3.4=17.5 -> 17.5*0.9 (unu overpay) = 15.75-2.5=13.25

After all, this second sale (link) would be still out of your range, no matter if the buyer or either the owner added the pure

Overpay should be calculated as mid * 0.9. And new suggestion on the reggae puts that whole sale at ~14.5

And the first sale is ~15.5

So, the burning reggae price is a bit too high. You were making a suggestion for it, and comments said it was ~15 buds. Thus, your high end is a bit too high.
