Well, it's hard to say what the range should be, but it's easy to say what it shouldn't be. Sale at 12 is clearly an outlier. Other sales we have at 16, 16, 20+, 20+ (if I had to guess these are probably ~20 and 22). Quite regularly gets offers of 18 based on all the trades I saw and even up to 20 (the two veils is an easy 20). I don't think we have enough for a true suggestion here based on the proof provided, but if I had to pc this for someone, I would say 16-20.
