This hat is very nice and it must go higher <,<

jokes aside,it's fairly rare. 2 were on the market,both sold,leading to none now

my trades

i got it for an o. fire inspectour and he added SF FaN + lime v. troublemaker > 9.5-10 keys (outliner)

sold with a pink g. marxman (5 ref),s. sticky(1.33 ref),gold uncraft stash(2 ref),extra layer (4.33 ref),festive wrench (7 ref),festive sniper (13.66 ref) and minesota slick (2 ref) for a bud

bud - all these items = 140 ref - 5 - 1.33 - 2 - 4.33 - 7 - 13.66 - 2 = 104 .66 ref > 14. 95 keys = 15 keys <.<

another one

was bought for 19 pounds on the markett (22.91 euros) and with keys at 1.8 (do this is their peak,they were less before) that = 12.72 keys > 13 keys

same festivizer was sold for a prof. killstreak something,sadly = no price

conclusion:

yes,i know,the market sale is discussable ,but this is just loosening the range a bit. the original suggestion was for 0.7 buds = 14 keys,so isn't much of a change + this is rare lol

guy added me (after i sold the hat),and offered a bubbling blokes = 0.65 buds = 13 keys

i'd decline that offer as i liked the festivizer's rarity,but i'll leave that here to endorse the 13 key range

You need two solds in order to establish a range for unusual price suggestions if memory serves me right.

Steam market sales are generally not regarded as solid proof, but as this is not a new effect/hat, you don't need 2 sales.

i was unsure about if i actually needed 2 sales for old effects,so i threw in the market sale,cuz why not. and ranges are better anyhow

Essentially a price refresher. Last suggestion was 14 flat. Sale at 13 is iffy, but 15 is legit. Clearly better than the current range
