i have no proof ( because very slow internet) but, did you see someone killing someone with the fan o war?? it mamkes 5 points of damage, no one wants the strange fan o war
you should provide proof, atleast in the comments pal, hurry before they close the suggestion, but basically for close combat and melee fan`o`war sucks, but for adventage ir is good
and in MvM
You need a strange part to make it count robot kills or it does not matter if it is strange in MvM. And I have been killed by it maybe 1-2 Times by a good scout, so it could be used. Not to mention the lack of proof. Downvote.

Most people were selling it for 4 Ref. And if you looked at classifieds, their all 4 Ref and high. Also you need proof.

how many time did you need?? with S. rocket launcher 77 kills = 30 minutes

People might buy it for the quality?
Example, no one uses the GRU for meleeing, and the strange ones are 1.66. Strange Targe is 2 Ref, and you pretty much need to get lucky to get a kill with it.
I don't think slow internet is an excuse to not provide proof...
unless you're in like Windows 95 and internet explorer or something.
