I see, well lots of people are offering 2 ref but not having any luck. I guess I'll have to support this.

Even if one or two people are being lucky at 2 ref so are some people at 2.66 ref. As you can see yourself the majority goes for 2.33 ref and everyone is able to get 2.33 ref after a while. Therefore is 2.33 ref a better price then the current one.

Selling =/= Sold

If you look at the comments in the links there are plenty of offers for 2.33 ref or more coupled with a few sales [note: check the history of the hat]. Don't comment so blindly next time.
