Technically, the Stovepipe is the 20 key sale, as it is around a bud. Not sure if outdated price matters or not, but most low tier unusuals tend to retain their value in keys.

When you have someone that did not get 15 keys in 2 weeks, I think its a sign the 20 key sale is an outlier. These things are horribly hard to sell, especially when you add in the fact 3 people are selling the chem set for them at around 15 dollars on the steam market.

~3 keys worth were added to that sale at 19.5. Range of 15-17 might be reasonable
