Before I start, I ask one thing: let bygones be bygones. We all can agree what happened last time was just stupid and should be put to death, er, bed.

This suggestion will be more conservative. So, 1 to 1.1. We all go home happy-ish.

I would like to point out that most of the sellers on backpack.tf at the moment aren't going for any more than 1 key. Just something to consider.

I'm not going to lie: I cannot find anymore. They've become few and far between at this point. But, I won't completely ignore them.

If you can find more evidence within the last few days (I don't want some month old trade, because it's illegitimate), please share for counter proof.

Edit: last accepted price from me and Mengineer was almost a month ago. Time for a little update, IMO.

Edit edit: I hypothesize that the only reason people have sold things at the price they have was because of this website. Trust me, I've asked some people. If it said that it was still 3 keys, that's the price they would still be selling and buying it. If it said it was 3 ref, that's the price people would sell it at. Any higher trade than 1 key is likely due to idiocy, considering you can get one for a key or less if you look on more than one web page.

Almost every key or below sale sold instantly and the outpost trade for 1 key or less is not bumped.

You haven't supplied any unsolds at 1.2 keys and only 1 sold at 1.1.

And agreeing with Obelisk, the 1 key sales all went within a bump and 1.2 selling within the day.

Some of these are from counterproofs / unsolds from the past three failed suggestions within this week.

I appreciate your counterproofs but some of these are a week old.

Not that I'm against you. I'm not.

However, I can find more solds at a key than solds sold for more. (say that 3x fast)

I would also like to refer to my hypothesis. I legitimately believe that idiots out there will buy it for more than a key because they don't look after one page.

This is becoming the new degreaser/pistol suggestion lately, I've seen so many failed attempts at lowering it.

Because few thought it would stick around at this price for this long. At the rate it was dropping people thought it was going to keep on dropping but it suddenly levelled out.

Nope, three failed suggestions, very good counter-proof on all of them, and too in this (From Offline). This strange will be raise when the people will try to get more than 1.2 Keys for it.

Over 56k of them, many sellers and many buyers. Although rare that any logic plays into it, the law of supply and demand dictates a price reduction.

Also, if you care to look at the counter proof here, some of them are repeats and some are slightly old.

Over 56k? And it matter? There exist 59k of S. Dead Ringers and this have a price of 1 - 1.1 Key. And 66k of S. Degreaser and this have a value of 2 Keys... And too exist 39k of S. Minigun and this have a price of 1.1 - 1.2 Key. 56k is a poor number for a strange yet. And before what this Strange was released, there was 44k of this. Just 10k more... This isn't a good proof for value a item. Still downvote.

I would like to remind you about how "new" the Strange Grenade Launcher is. All these other stranges in question have been around a lot longer without a re-release. They've had all their prices raised on the stigma that they could not be uncrated anymore. Although not it isn't true that they cannot be uncrated anymore, people would rather not take the risk of uncrating another invaluable item from the crates of yesteryear, so they take the safe and easy route of direct buying.

This website is far from perfect. In fact, it's a horrible representation of the market. Gather up a few trades from a couple sites and BAM, there's a price everyone can live with.

However, there are enough decent people here that will overlook this stigma and "counterproof". (which honestly is flimsy as the proof itself. Who knows if people actually bought certain items for certain prices for sure? The sights don't acknowledge a successful trade. Only that they've been closed.)

There have been more 1 key sales this month than 1.2 key sales. They look at the ratio.

This isn't a radical change either. I'm not saying go to 1 key. I'm saying that we should take a step down. It won't stop 1.2 key sales but it's more representative of the market.

I agree with it: There are so many 1 Key sales... But too 1.2 Key sales. 1 Key sells very quickly, doesn't matter if there are 2 or 20, sells quickly. 1.2 Key sells not so quickly, and there maybe are 15, while are 20 1 Key sales... That means it must be down? Nope. 1.2 Key sales are so valid as 1 Key sales, maybe 1 Key is a little bit more common (I don't think that), but 1.2 shouldn't be out of the range.
