This guy: http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/266965 posted on my trade that he bought his purple confetti rack for 2.5 buds in unusuals but really he paid a Bombing Run with Miami Nights (1.7-2.2) for it according to backpack.tf's price (last updated 6 months ago).

Sulphurous Bombing Run for my rack + any of the other unusual. I paid the lowest amount for my raincatcher (17 keys) and his hat is valued at 1.8-2.6 buds.So, I will value his hat in the middle at 2.2 and that means he would be paying 27 keys/1 bud + 7 keys for my rack in unusuals (Bombing run with sulphurous was also last updated 3 months ago).

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16891400 - I paid 1 bud + 2 keys (1.1 buds) for it despite him selling it for 25 keys. The trade was up for like 1 hour if I remember correctly.

In the end this is a very rare hat and never really comes on the market a lot. These were the only sales I could find. I don't really know what to suggest for the low price, so please excuse if it should be different.
