So im going to price each unusual sold at its mid-price.

Seeing as how these sellers are having trouble tgetting offers at or near their buyouts makes me believe that this suggested range is too high.

Well those are B/O Prices are made from sales. Just because you can price something at 100 buds doesnt mean it is until it sells for 100 buds. These are actually sales

Well if everybody is asking for way under the sales then obviously those sales are outliers.
