What did you edit? Selling still does not equal solds, which you need for a price suggestion

And if people are selling for 16, why even have 17 in the range?

You need at least two sold for a range to be established, B/O doesn't count for this here. Find one more sold in this range and you should start to see results.

As the others said, you need actual sold items rather than what people list them for.

If sell prices counted the economy would be all outta wack!

We base prices off sales not buyouts; you have no sales at 16 or 17, and the last two links are the same person. Plus there's six on outpost, not really enough proof
