I can tell you something, that selling this hat with this particular effect is a pain in the ass. That first link is my trade, took me time to get such an offer. Still he doesn't really have enough proof.

If selling it is a pain in the ass then the price is obviously way too high at the moment, or there is no demand at the current price.

There are only 4 the market, just that this one guy posted 5 trades with the hat and i did use the original price.

I guess that offer can be called an outlier. Other offers aren't that high, and the BO of 7.5 is still there.
