I noticed this didn't have a suggested price, so I thought I'd suggest one. There's only 5, and each has a short and unreliable trade history.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17179693 My trade, sold for 27 keys.

Where does 1.5 come from?
I didn't want to just sucker in one static suggested price based on what I alone sold it for. Unusual prices are dynamic, I didn't want to place a static price on a dynamic item.
Maybe so, but you can't just make up a price out of thin air either.
He's talking about the range - currently you only have proof which suggests a fixed price, not a range; where did you come up with the range?
Because I sold it for 1.3 buds, but it went for 1.5+ in the past.
Found one sold for less than 1 bud : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17112541
That was a quick-sell trade. Also, the only person who offered on it bought the same hat from one else.
Well, that can't be considered as a quicksell as no price has been set yet for this unusual. For now it's considered as a sale, and should be the low-end price of this unu ;)
It was sold in a single day... That's what we call a quicksell, regardless if a price has been set already.
You need 2 completed sales
To elaborate on this - you should probably go investigate previous sales for both of these hats - they've had a number of previous owners who have probably sold them via outpost. Use that to find the necessary proof.
All of them I could find have a short trade history. The few trades I could find had prices based on when Aces High first came out. They were unreliable, it's the best I could do.
Then close this virtus, you need 2 sales.
There are 2 sales, I had 7, but the other 5 are from when Aces High first came out.
Alrighty then
What about this sale, where he 1:1'd with a planets baker boy?

I don't think your range is well-supported, sorry. Something more like ~1 - 1.3 might be better-supported. Downgoat.
Still new to this, how do you know he did a 1:1 with that specific hat. All I see is a closed trade with no offers.
Well, you can see that the planets bakers boy in question changed hands by checking the item history of it here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17074186
As for verifying that, I just checked his backpack history (via bp.tf) on the days before and after they were traded, and saw that those were the only things exchanged; nothing else changed hands.
I believe this should go up significantly due to how good it looks.

No support for 1.5 bud high end, two sales at 1 and 1.3, might make a better range.
