Conclusion

Don't you hate it when you counter a suggestion to a person who owns one of the items you're countering and you're actually increasing the price of the item so the manipulator says, "hey if i post anoter suggeshon with no proof, my bp ups price. woot." Oh well...18 keys is an Outlier because more solds aroudn the 10-15 keys range and a guy asking for 15 keys on Outpost. There's a guy asking 12 keys, but his trade is new and he seems inactive for the time being. Any Extra Proof/Cunter-Proof/Opinions/Tips/Help is all welcome. Thanks for reading.
