L1: Would be more around 11 keys, unless you value the full value of the paint on the Bill's

L2: Had a Current offer of 11?

L5: Sold pretty fast

L7: Was willing to sell for 9 keys and sold very fast for 10

Only 4 valid sales apparently

Conclusion

10 is a quicksale and it's not impossible to sell at 11. I'd re-suggest at 11-12
