The Doctor's Sack actually came from a guy named "sgt.metalburner" whom now has an Aces High Ceremonial. However, the ceremonial does not have shootery in its history so it couldn't have come from shootery. Backpack.tf also doesn't have history for the 11th for him so I cannot determine if he had the doctor's sack at all because the 10th shows he has no unusuals. Therefore, I cannot determine what the Doctor's Sack was bought for.
