I know last suggestion was accepted yesterday, but considering that in that 1 day I found 6 sales at 3.33, 1 sale at 3.66 and 1 sale at 4

And ALL of the sales were either fast or EXTREMELY fast (such as without a bump, 2 hours)

Combining the proof from last suggestion showing many sales and offers at 3.33, I truly think there's no place for 3 ref in range
