1st link would make it 1.4 with buds at 18 keys.

3rd link looks like it sold for 1 flat, but would be a quicksell.

A difference of 0.14 keys doesn't really seem large enough to change the price.

Not only that, but wouldn't the range be 1.1-1.5?

But, if you have proof for those solids, the range has to fit the solids. i.e there was a sold for 1.3 only then the price would be 1.3

Im not meaning to actually change the price, I am updating the price because the price is a couple months old. Old prices need updating.

Your sales are at 1, 1.3, and 1.4. But because of two BOs at 1.3, I guess it's a decent price. The 1 bud sale is probably an outlier. While I would have liked a range, this suggestion is pretty close.
