Second to last link is mine. I bought the Sack + a craft hat for Bubbles Handle, not Toe. It was offered to me, so no need for overpay (13)

A Mistake?
Refreshing the price to confirm it is still valid.
It's due to the USD storage. Buds goes down, Ref goes down, $$ goes down.
At least I think how it works.
If you hover over the prices, it is indeed a drop. Why could this happen? Rapid bud inflation deflation, key prices getting whacked up, etc, etc. Somebody else prove me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is the case here.
