i owned 1 of them , bought for 3 buds pure in quick buy ~ 4 in normal http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16154676 and sold it to steam market for 175$ ~ 4 buds http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16213304
i also got some offers of 6 inch's on my trade .

the second owner added me earlier to discuss why i'm selling it cheap and he wanted 7 buds but at the end he traded it with gifted miami slope for cb bonk boy 10 inchs ~ that would counts as 4-5 buds as of the slope priced 5.4 buds

Unfortunately the second trade isn't really usable given that the scopers were gifted and the listed price on the clean one is 5 months old. A mini-suggestion on that will be needed before using it here.

in this case his one went for a scrap :D
but the new owner also got some of my trade offers on http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16716725 which they more than 5 .
As indicated, you will need to provide proof for the gifted scopers value if you are using it as proof here. And the steam market trade is not reliable as proof on its own to set a range.
