I want to make the price suggestion to be 3-3.6 but it wont let me :/ anyway....

I know it's sketchy of me to suggest a price for a hat I own, but here I go.

First and foremost the Misty Skull Industrial Festivizer is 1 of 2. Ever.

For lower tier engineer hats, they are asking more for the same effect. For a Misty Skull Buckaroos the person is asking 4 buds. He has gotten an offer of 3 buds pure and declined it. I know that there is not a whole lot of proof for the price of my hat, but the SAME effect on a LOWER hat is going for MORE than what my hat is estimated to be worth. That doesn't seem to be right.
