it depends on how long he had them up for sale, which is pretty much untrackable as he sold them using bp.tf classifieds (http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/76561198042867207 nothing on his outpost)

if say it took 1 hours to sell 2, it can be labeled as a quicksell (1 hour = pretty fast)

I guess so as a quicksale is an item that sold without a bump.So basically under 30 minutes for each item. There are 2 paints so an hour for both. He sold them both after 59 minutes so yes they are quicksales.

Bought one these this week for 2.33, at the time, didn't see any sales for 2 flat, maybe cuz they sold quickly. But trade.tf had a decent amount of quick sales at 1.66 a few days ago. 2.33 seems legit to me.

Was 50% off at Mann Co Store recently, with the sale over the price is likely to increase as the supply dries up
