Considering Buds are 19.5 (19 - 20), SF's are ~1.5 and 139 keys are ~7.1

Which means he has an offer of ~8.6 in 1 day, so the 8.5 is obviously quickselling

And it also indicates it needs a bump, I know that the original price is 8 - 9, but if someone has a mostly pure offer of 8.6 in 1 day, it worths more, and he does have a valid sale at 9.8, which also indicates a bump is needed

I don't feel like the buyer's IQ can be introduced as yet another factor in the pricing process.

That being said, I feel like a rise is needed, but not of the magnitude revenue suggests (i.e - I only valued my pickel + glove at ~8)

Sometimes the buyers experience should also be considered. Just think of some unboxers who undersell their unusuals most of the time.

The one selling for 8.5 appears to have sold, so it is probably a quicksell. However, like woifi said, your first two links can't be used because the prices are too old. In any case, 10.5 is too high with 2 BOs under it.
