Well look at the market. Everyone is in sets or selling for 3 refined. Its a really annoying thing to suggest on. I've been selling for 2.66 refined just fine for the past 2 weeks, but there just wasn't enough proof at once to show that.

classifieds has 6 for 2.33, 2 for 3 ref, then killstreak ones for keys. 2.33 seems fine imo,

There are five pages on outpost, and I have excluded all that are in proposed range, not vanilla, or already listed.

Any strange can be sold for above bp.tf price with enough patience and effort. Given that most of the proof for 2.66 hinges on overly patient, experienced traders (plus some desperate buyers above both ranges) and the easy availability of PJs for 2.33, this suggestion doesn't have nearly enough proof to show that 2.66 is an easy price point to sell at.

TL;DR: Sloppy proof, current price is fine.
