Since it's the first price suggestion for this unusual, yes, you will need two sales. I think.

thats meant for new hats and new effects, which this is none of either.

I read "Unusual hats with no previous price cannot be priced with a single sale" as any unusual, not just a newly-released hat or effect.

I suppose it's ultimately up to you whether or not to close this trade, though.

i would think this would be one of the hats that would be evaluated on a case by case basis... 1 sale, but it was up long enough to get offers, now in a collectors bp, and not anything from 2013, + isn't targeted by the rule

I don't think so, the Barnstormer is well over a year old and the fact that only 1 of these have been uncrated in such a long time might make an exception, just like the g. fetti fed-fightin fedora

After flipping some Offers of the trade, 11 buds seems reasonable. However, I'm still concerning about the rules...

Imo this should fall under the exception, especially considering this is unlikely to sell anytime soon
