I think 3.3-4 would probably be on more solid ground. Max was lvl 11 and a solid 2.3.

isn't it close ?

3.3-4 is almost exactly in the middle of the current range and your range. If it was 0.2, maybe, but here at least I would prefer 3.3-4 as a narrower range and a more conservative drop that seems more accurate.
