Hmm. Frankly think 3 is an outlier here given the 3.6 pure offer and numerous offers around 4-4.5. This looks like it might be 4-4.5?

I'd agree with that. I was tentative to have such a high range due to the sales at 3, but I guess the higher offers would take priority over the sales. Will resuggest later tonight.
